As an upgrade I would give this company (Aduro) minus stars if I could. They absolutely suck. It's been three months and still no return. They don't answer emails, they don't call, they don't do anything. If you buy one of these and it breaks (it breaks after you actually use it for a while), you won't be happy. Please do not buy any products from this company. At first I gave five stars because it seemed pretty good. Rubber bands are good, hold up well. Unfortunately, after a year of use, the plastic stick on top of the ball broke off. I only ride flat, paved roads, so I don't experience as much stress as I do on a mountain bike. So, with a lifetime guarantee, I agreed to return it. All necessary steps passed. A month later nothing came back. When I inquired a few weeks after receiving it, at their address they asked for the POD. I assume they lost my refund. I deployed the POD and now rest. So they get two stars until I get a replacement and maybe one star after that because they are so slow and incompetent.
