Review on LAINAB by Jack Edwards

After discovering LAINAB's website, my expectations for the company skyrocketed. Unfortunately, my interaction with this web store has been negative so far. First of all, I had a hard time finding what I needed because their website is disorganized and difficult to use. I had a hard time visualizing what I was buying because of the poor quality of the product photos and descriptions. Second, they consistently delivered low-quality goods. The clothes and shoes I bought did not fit right, and the quality of the materials was poor. I felt like I had completely wasted my money after making the purchase. Last but not least, their support staff was rude and unhelpful. I called customer service with some queries about my order, but the agent I spoke with was unhelpful and nasty. It looked like they were more eager to get the conversation over with than to help me with my problem. In general, LAINAB is not something I would suggest to anyone. The website is difficult to navigate, the products are subpar, and they provide inadequate customer service. Don't waste your money here; hunt for an other web store.
