Great for simple troubleshooting and maintenance procedures

We started using this product with very little technical knowledge of how it works or where we would need assistance from their support team when needed but so far there has been no issue as they have made sure that I was up-to date quickly after an update! If anything is required just contact them via email/chat through our internal portal - its easy enough now days even without IT personnel around!! Nothing really comes across my mind except minor updates which can be done easily if contacted promptly (in case any changes are necessary).
