Review on 🔊 Sonos One SL - Mic-Free Smart Speaker in White by Chris Anderson

I have no idea how that sounds because it never connected to my Wi-Fi despite 3 calls and 4 staff working to fix it. If you have power strips or access points, don't waste your time on them. It might work with a standard WiFi router, but I can't figure it out. Everyone should know that customer service sucks. Of the three salespeople I worked with, one was reasonably competent but drove me off the phone before I could test my system. The second representative told me to call my ISP immediately. third representative. Good God. I hope it was his first day. I told him several times that we have 1 hour to connect the device or I will send it back. He knew less about connecting than I did and ended up trying to connect me to his manager after 45 minutes of messing around with everything I knew wouldn't work (and didn't). After 15 minutes of waiting I hung up and requested a refund. AVOID.
