I like the taste! I'm not sure about the effectiveness yet as it's only been a few weeks. I usually train 3-4 times a week and try to eat well. However, I can say that I have NOT been eating myself very well for the past few weeks and my training has been far from consistent (which is why I was looking for this product). However, I was able to maintain my weight and also see some results from my workouts. After further use, the overall effectiveness must be evaluated. I chose 3000 mg.
