As mentioned in the title, the monitor keeps tipping over due to its weight. It's a ball-and-socket controller (for lack of a better word) that handles this type of movement, which sounds great until it works as advertised. The assembly instructions were pretty clear but none of the hardware was labeled so there were issues and errors during assembly as well. When attempting to adjust the height, one person held the monitor at the correct height while the other tightened the nut with the Allen key provided. a wrench that has to be tightened almost superhumanly to keep the monitor at the desired height. I won't be returning, I spent too much time assembling it - but beware buyers!
