Stable, elegant monitor mount

I've been using this mount for a few weeks now. It's small and looks attractive on my desk. I was able to adjust my 24" monitor to the optimal height to display as a second monitor with a 27" monitor on a desktop stand. I haven't adjusted the height since my original placement. I feel the monitor is very securely attached to this mount. .

Do not buy based on review

I saw a good review and bought it thinking it was a simple design but it was a disappointment. You CANNOT assemble because the bolts were short and I had to put some washers under the post to separate them. It was a terrible design. better buy another one. I'm an engineer and consider myself a skilled person, but I need to open my toolbox to find all the little things to fix this.

Pros
  • Elegant design
Cons
  • Not as good as advertised

Works perfectly for its intended purpose

I had to take it to work. For a specific application we needed to mount a 32 inch monitor on the side. It was big enough for a monitor. Sometimes we have to disassemble and relocate, so I wish it was all hand screws, but there's one above that needs a screwdriver. doesn't rotate but wasn't necessary for our purpose, we just need to mount it sideways and stay there.

Great stand for computer and accessories

On my best friend's desk, his 32 inch curved monitor (from AOC) didn't fit under the top of the cabinet as the old stand couldn't go up or down, plus the old ones, the legs extended a whopping 8 inches and wobbled a bit into the mousepad area. This solved that problem by just giving it a solid base, overall it's really sturdy and it took me about 15 minutes to put it together and get it exactly what I wanted. Just lowered it enough to fit in the area. 10/10 would buy again

Wrong size Allen key, required METRIC size.

I bought a nice 27 inch monitor but the stand is not adjustable and too high for my liking. I found this stand to be the best option for my glass topped table. did and worked great for my application. Smoked glass base that matched my desktop. The assembly took some time. Adjusting up and down was difficult for me. I just put the pad on my work table and moved it around until I got it right. Like others, I was given the wrong hex wrench for the incline. My SAE keys weren't working so I had to…

Monitor weight keeps tipping over

As mentioned in the title, the monitor keeps tipping over due to its weight. It's a ball-and-socket controller (for lack of a better word) that handles this type of movement, which sounds great until it works as advertised. The assembly instructions were pretty clear but none of the hardware was labeled so there were issues and errors during assembly as well. When attempting to adjust the height, one person held the monitor at the correct height while the other tightened the nut with the Allen…

Does exactly what it says.

I bought a 24 inch Vizio TV to use as a second TV monitor in my office/guest room. I wanted something where I could adjust the height and angle, since that's not possible with normal "TV legs" I also wanted to be able to put it on the corner of a table, but the legs would fall off to the side. The look and feel of this stand looks ok, looks dated but definitely does everything I've come to expect from it. It's solid and easy to assemble although the instructions were a bit confusing but it's so

Pros
  • Quick replacement
Cons
  • Slightly torn

Works well but there are better options for larger monitors.

The Good: The stand looks good, takes up minimal desk space and works, was easy to assemble, sturdy and holds my 27" monitor in place. (think of the tripod ball head when you cut off the top 1/8 inch) which has a limited range of motion and feels when compared to the standard 2-axis mounts (up/down, left/right). would it lack stamina, everything else if you adjust your monitor a bit I would expect you to tighten it up quite a bit. The Allen key to tighten it was not included with my stand, the…
