Well maybe not quite but after trying a few other 'guaranteed' top level sealants on my 1983 Diesel Mercedes 300 that was consuming water, heating up and like a rag for the crop was smoking and obviously had a cracked block or blown head gasket - I ordered a few pints of this magic elixir and followed the directions to the letter. This requires flushing every last molecule of antifreeze out of the engine, so it requires patience and determination on your part. After that tedious process of flushing and topping up with clean water, I fitted a Moroso ceramic engine gasket and let the car run for half an hour to bring it up to operating temperature and then drove off. After a few kilometers the smoke is gone, the temperature stays at the ideal level and the water level hasn't dropped! A diesel is much more difficult to seal as it has an extremely high compression ratio compared to a petrol engine and the Moroso product was the only one that could do the job! After 5000 miles it still works like new so this is not a "temporary" solution!
