I like that it's really easy to use, very helpful in organizing my work flow while also keeping track of what is being worked on by different teams at once within one project or task area - which helps me keep organized when there are multiple things going on simultaneously! Some parts can be difficult if you dont know how certain functions run but their staff team members have been extremely supportive with answering any questions we've had.
We haven't found anything yet that isn't great so far; however, sometimes they do need some time before getting back to us as well since its not always someone directly involved with creating projects using this tool (which makes sense). The main benefit has been having all tasks listed together under an umbrella category rather than trying to sort out where each piece fits into the workflow myself without proper organization tools in place.
