It took me about 10 minutes to change coils of unknown age on my '97 Ranger. They appear to be exact copies, they even weigh the same. These coils are so cheap and easy to upgrade that I don't care how long they last, I'll just waste another $30 and 10 minutes of my time if/when they go bad again. My truck has never run better though, if you tend to stall at low revs and feel little power, give these a try. It's also worth noting that I haven't had any issues with factory wires snapping into coil packs like some other reviewers have.
