Like any product or service there are pros/cons (and I know they've been discussed ad infinitum online) but it's really hard to find something you dislike given how much we love this software! It can be used across multiple departments in our organization - not just Finance. We use several different applications within finance so being able to have one source from which everything comes together makes life easier at times as well as more efficient if only using certain functions. A little bit pricey compared with other products out there however their customer base & services tend to justify the cost when considering ROI vs ease of implementation etc. If your sales team needs access to financial data then its very useful for them too. This software has allowed our town to do several things we couldn't before. We can now track more detailed information about each individual file in our system which will help us improve efficiency. Our previous version was very outdated and difficult to use. It also wasn't as user friendly as this one is! With LocalGov it's much easier to find specific files so I don't have to spend so long looking through paper files anymore. It makes filing and tracking records extremely simplified and efficient.
