This thermometer is not accurate. It indicates at least five degrees below zero. That's no good when you're trying to tell if the food is going bad. Was hoping for an accurate way to check fridge and freezer temps. This thermometer reads below zero in my fridge when nothing is frozen in the fridge, and even on the warm side if anything. Let's throw this article away because it's garbage. It also says that the freezer in my 28 year old refrigerator runs at minus 30 degrees. I do not think so. Compared to the room thermometers in my house, it's six degrees less.
