I have precut this tape and used it in rolls and it is the best copper tape on the market. It stays, it really works and I will not buy or use any other brands. I've tried other brands and they don't stay and they don't work at all. I have had knee, back and neck surgery and this tape really supports my knees when applied correctly. I kept it up to 7 days.
