The team at QAD are very professional, knowledgeable about their work & have always been incredibly helpful with any queries I've had over our last 3 years of working together! They're also great fun - we get along so well it's almost like they were part of my family :) Their creative solutions add such value in terms of brand strategy development as opposed to just slapping some pretty designs onto things without thinking through how these will impact business objectives or customer experience (which is all too common). We worked closely throughout this process which was really beneficial having someone who understands your industry / product area but can bring fresh eyes from another angle when needed.
