It's expensive, but IT WORKS! The best I've tried and I've tried a lot. Enzyme cleaners are good too, but this one is mostly reliable and low-maintenance. I say that because with enzymatic cleaners, especially if you have a lingering or ingrained odor, you need to cover it with a damp towel to allow the enzymes to do their job, and you need to do it over and over again. This material may require you to perform several procedures, but no special actions. You just spray it on and let it do its job, and then do it again later when you need it, although you don't usually do that. This is great stuff, it works and I just wish it was available again! I've been waiting for this for ages.
