Sorry, but this is one of those rare occasions when you come across a product that I can't recommend to anyone. Given the nature of the iPad, the cons outweigh the pros. I bought this iPad because I really like glass screen protectors and was intrigued by the paper experience claims. In fact, this screen protector was great to write on. It really changed the surface of the typeface so my text was fast but readable. And I liked the fact that it didn't damage the tip of my pencil. However, the disadvantages far outweigh these advantages. The screen was difficult to read in sunlight and in night mode. I found myself turning it all the way up (thinking maybe there's something wrong with my eyes) because the anti-glare features were really important. But worst of all, it turned my Ipad into a device that just logged my pen most of the time. My iPad didn't register my tapping, pressing, and swiping across the screen. I let Ed try again until I finally grabbed the pencil. It worked, but now that the iPad is supposed to record everywhere, it leaves random trails. And I had to constantly switch my iPad from writing mode to writing mode or vice versa. I was so frustrated that I was willing to erase and reconfigure my iPad, thinking it was the problem. screen protector. This replacement reminds me how complicated this one was. If the iPad can't detect a touch, it's practically useless. And with this screen, only the Apple Pencil worked most of the time. And while I love the pencil, it doesn't replace gestures and other screen touches. So I'm going back to the writing experience I call "writing on good quality paper with a good pen" and exiting this "paper" journey entirely. And based on my experience, I cannot recommend this screen protector to anyone.
