Broken, but seems nice!
The packaging and bot itself are all great, but unfortunately, one of my four brushes came snapped in half. The "Cherished Customer" card included details on how to contact if need be and the email included on the card is giving me delivery incomplete messages, lol. I visited their website and submitted a 'contact us' about the brush, so we will see if they respond and replace it.I haven't used anything in the set yet. I'm new to this, so I'm not sure how it will go!
