Beautiful, but there are problems

The yarn is soft, the colors are pleasant BUT about 1/3 of the skeins of Caron are knotted inside. I usually wind the skin on a yarn winder, and this is a very quick process that makes the yarn easier to use than a skein. When it's confusing, it's frustrating and time-consuming. This seller should contact the manufacturer and inform them of this problem. I will continue to order because this is a good yarn although I am very frustrated with tangling.
