Please note that to program this system via USB you will need Panasonic's proprietary software which cannot be downloaded online. And it's not on the included CD. Only a Panasonic certified dealer can install this system and I have yet to find someone to do it for free or provide software. I serviced two KX-TD816 systems that were easy to program with Panasonic software and were available to the public. . But this replacement system is only professional. Unfortunately a D816 is out of service and these older units need a PBX update.
