DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM. HE HAS ARRIVED AND THERE ARE NO PARTS. NEITHER AMAZON NOR THE MANUFACTURER COULD SUPPLY THE MISSING PARTS. I'M RETURNING TO AMAZON. It was very disappointed.

The device has not worked since we received it. Panasonic only works directly with retailers, making it impossible to service a unit once purchased through Revain. Very frustrating.

Extension, repair, ANYTHING is not possible unless you have access to Panasonic trained service personnel. We're a small company, which is what this device is designed for in theory, and NOBODY is going to come to us - by the way, we're in New York and not in the outer asteroid belt, for goodness sake.

This is a great deal at this price. Delivered to my customer overnight, came already registered with the latest software installed, ready to use in brand new condition. I've been a Panasonic engineer for 15 years now - it's a good deal. I don't understand the bad reviews here. "Missing parts"? Which parts?

Awesome little module. We have other offices with other Panasonic PBX systems and needed a smaller system for our new remote office. It does the job well. All Panasonic PBX systems require Pana dealers. Even our Panasonic dealer won't help us with this system because we didn't buy from him. Luckily we know how this system works because we have other Panasonic systems in other places and we can control this little device ourselves. It is a reliable system that never fails.

Please note that to program this system via USB you will need Panasonic's proprietary software which cannot be downloaded online. And it's not on the included CD. Only a Panasonic certified dealer can install this system and I have yet to find someone to do it for free or provide software. I serviced two KX-TD816 systems that were easy to program with Panasonic software and were available to the public. . But this replacement system is only professional. Unfortunately a D816 is out of service…

I work for a Panasonic partner and regularly install and program TDA50 PBXs in the field, which are analog PBXs . In my experience, it's tedious to install and program, and I don't particularly like this product from a business perspective. Once the TDA50 (and the free TVA50, sold separately) are set up, they will work without interruption or problems until the end of time. That's the only reason I gave it 3 stars because I've worked with TDA50s that have gone for literally a decade without…
