God! Now we cook on fire! I had an old upright vacuum that I used that was heavy and clumsy and eventually fell apart. I got this hoping it would go well with my studio apartment. Just used it for the first time and can't believe the suction power of this little guy! I have hardwood floors, some rugs, linoleum in the kitchen, and tile in the bathroom. This thing has cleaned my house in a quarter of the time it used to take with an upright vacuum. It is very easy to assemble and very easy to store. But I warn you, sucking on this thing is no joke. It lifted my rugs off the floor! It doesn't bother me because he collected so much garbage. I can't believe I waited so long to get a canister vacuum. I will never stand up again!
