Well so far so fantastic! Durable, easy to install and works well. Excellent water pressure and no issues with temperature control. The counterweight works well when lowered and the crane head slides back into place easily. It is also pretty :). We have a double 3 hole stainless steel sink but the plate covers the extra holes perfectly and comes with a self sealing gasket under the plate. If you have a hole and are not using a plate, you will need a sealant. Cons: When you use the pause button, the atomizer goes back to the normal faucet, I don't know if this is common. Anyway, I don't see a big reason to pause. It's a big faucet. So when you turn the water on full blast it squirts out of the sink/things in the sink which I just need to get used to. One thing to keep in mind when reading bad reviews (and this goes for anything I buy online) is that the seller has responded to every suggestion to fix the situation, no matter how much time has passed. So I'm pretty confident that if there's a problem, they'll be there to fix it. I'll update this review if I run into any issues in the future, but in the meantime I'd say this faucet definitely works!
