The faucet arrived quickly and well packaged. Very happy with the quality and ease of installation. it takes out the old faucet which was a pain. We installed it within a few weeks and it's amazing. Hope it lasts as long as the 10 year old we replaced :)

Some people have complained that the faucet head won't reset just because the weight has to hit something in the closet. It took me an hour to remove the old faucet and only half an hour to install this one. Looks good, works well, no complaints.

I think you get what you pay for. After all the rave reviews we decided to give it a try. People were talking about easy setup etc. We spent over 4 hours getting it working. It wasn't easy to get in and once installed the water pressure was so weak we knew there was a problem. We tried to fix the error and went to the hardware store. I see so many negative reviews it's mostly because people didn't follow the directions. Proper placement of the three washers at the base of the faucet and the two rubber rings in the hot and cold water fittings would greatly reduce these issues mentioned in these reviews. Well so far so fantastic! Durable, easy to install and works well. Excellent water pressure and no issues with temperature control. The counterweight works well when lowered and the crane head slides back into place easily. It is also pretty :).
