I think you get what you pay for. After all the rave reviews we decided to give it a try. People were talking about easy setup etc. We spent over 4 hours getting it working. It wasn't easy to get in and once installed the water pressure was so weak we knew there was a problem. We tried to fix the error and went to the hardware store. We thought it was a problem on our side. We thought it was our plumbing, maybe the plumbing in the house etc. In the end we gave up and just bought another faucet from the store. We installed it in less than 30 minutes and the water pressure was full and great. The problem wasn't with us, it was with the crane itself! We were so disappointed. So much work and time was wasted to fix the problem that existed in the faucet. We do not recommend going this route. Not worth it for the money saved. After all, your time is more valuable than a bunch of unrewarded work.
