I see so many negative reviews it's mostly because people didn't follow the directions. Proper placement of the three washers at the base of the faucet and the two rubber rings in the hot and cold water fittings would greatly reduce these issues mentioned in these reviews. Also, you really need to tighten the metal clamp before tightening the screws. This eliminates jitter problems. If you pull the faucet forward and feel a slight movement, the sink is probably flexing and not the faucet. I'm sure some of them were buggy, but these issues are usually the result of an installation error. Be careful with the quick coupler on the spray line. Mine came assembled. I think when I put it through the drain hole I may have loosened the connection. When I tried the faucet, this connection leaked. I dried the spray and pressed firmly onto the connector and now it's completely dry. If there are any problems with this device in the near future I will update this review. So far I am very happy with this purchase.
