great toe area, they don't wrinkle my toes like the ones i got from the local hospital they hurt. My second toe is bigger than my big toe making it difficult to work with shoes etc. They pinch my feet, they take a little longer to put on, but with my gloves it's much easier to put them on my feet. I'm 5ft 2in and this shorter version hits just below my knees. I'm a regular size to try and have to fold over the top elastic to work. All in all - will buy these "great" medical support socks again.
