I have a spoon around my neck I disagree with the people who left us negative feedback I don't know how to do that because I didn't find anything wrong With this article, this article has actually helped me a lot because when I sleep or turn my neck too fast I usually break my neck which eventually leads to a migraine. I use a neck massager and after only using it once my neck hurts. usually it's gone, sometimes i have to try twice, i only used heat on the neck massager, personally i'm not a big fan of ice or heat on my neck, so i only use part of the item once, but i can tell you , it's getting hot
