Great device. in networking products

Let's see after my brother left for work the TWC tech started telling me the problem was with the modem and it just couldn't connect. He said he had a spare in the trunk (how well prepared!) and that I could rent it. I told him to keep checking. After another 15 minutes he said that the device just couldn't connect to the network. I told him I would subscribe to his work but I would not rent from TWC. I will buy more (if necessary). Within 30 seconds of the tech leaving, I called TWC support in

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Socket required

Worked great with our Time Warner 100Mbps Broadband Update

Previously worked great with our Time Warner 100Mbps Broadband Update. I'm a bit disappointed that this router doesn't have a 5G wireless range. I connected it to an ASUS router which seems to offer higher bandwidth. However great value.

Pros
  • Handy thing so far
Cons
  • Null

killer deal! good for network products

For the price it was fantastic. It took Time Warner Cable 4 million years to figure out how to connect it to my account and once I connected I had a lot of trouble turning on the WiFi. I don't know if this helps, but if it happens to someone else, just connect ethernet directly to your computer, go to the default ip (username and pw both user, user is for login) then set the wifi settings back. It's worth it for the price!

Pros
  • good
Cons
  • minus gift

The hardware itself is fine, although I took it to my ISP.

The hardware itself is fine, although when I took it to my ISP they told me that technically this particular modem needed to be returned to the previous owner's ISP. The digital interface (when you paste an IP address into a browser) requires a little more learning curve than most.

Pros
  • Large selection
Cons
  • Mostly fine, but...

It's better to pay Spectrum $10 a month to rent one

DOCSIS3.0 is only good in the fact that I can get faster speeds if a gigabit happens to be my area reached. It's a decent box, but I had to reset it sometimes when I couldn't connect. I'm currently putting it in bridge mode so I can connect it to another router.

Pros
  • There's something in there
Cons
  • So far so good

Works well BUT! on computers and accessories

It was cool but I just like using my own password settings and although it shows the power cord I didn't catch it. Revane had to send me one. That's why I gave it a three. disappointing! Don't get me wrong, this works very well!

Pros
  • is understandable even if the old
Cons
  • infuriates

Don't buy this. in Computer and Accessories

Came without instructions or manual mfg. Was shrink wrapped, probably a refurbished unit. Cox was unable to set up this Ubee DDW365 Wireless DOCSIS 3.0 Cable Modem Gateway said it was BAD!

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • too blunt

Parts Missing - Modems

The unit I received appears to have been returned and nobody thought of putting it up for sale again. It came with no papers or power cord and was in a torn plastic bag. It was returned and I decided to just buy something from the local store that was on my cable company's approved list, it was an attempt to match what they had rented.

Pros
  • Pleasant
Cons
