I like that you can see everything about your shipments when they are being processed, including where it's at with respect to picking up from its destination warehouse or delivery point (if applicable).
The program seems glitchy sometimes which makes me nervous as an owner who needs this system reliable all of time - but so far there haven't been any major problems! They have helped us get our inventory more accurate by doing things such as tracking how many items we ship each month vs what was actually picked/received to ensure accuracy before invoicing customers. We've also used them to help track customer complaints through their website after sending out packages via USPS mail services since most people prefer not having those issues resolved online instead going directly back into my office email inboxes etc.- especially if someone has had bad experiences elsewhere recently.
