Service people took about 500% premium when they sold me a new remote control. I bought 2 of these, searched the internet for copies of the remote and it only took me 60 seconds to reprogram the remote myself. The remotes are working great so far (1 month) and look the same as the ones I had before that I paid 5x more for. They come with batteries, so once you've copied the remote, you're done. It worked so well I'm considering selling it and reprogramming it myself.
