I received 3 remote controls which I ordered in good time. The remote control image changed after I placed my order. Luckily I got the model I was hoping for. 3 remotes were individually wrapped. They showed little signs of wear, as if they had been used in packaging or misused. All of them are programmed without any problems. Each was attractively priced. I recommend the product to everyone.

I had lost it and it was exactly as described (identical to the original) and worked perfectly. I don't like that they are so small and easy to lose but there are no complaints about this order. Note: At least my order didn't have any instructions! It was packaged in a tiny box, the ONLY large one that fit an opener, so I'm not sure they usually come with instructions, period.

Service people took about 500% premium when they sold me a new remote control. I bought 2 of these, searched the internet for copies of the remote and it only took me 60 seconds to reprogram the remote myself. The remotes are working great so far (1 month) and look the same as the ones I had before that I paid 5x more for. They come with batteries, so once you've copied the remote, you're done. It worked so well I'm considering selling it and reprogramming it myself.

I ordered a BFT remote and chose a similar remote to the one I currently have. The one ordered was oval. I ordered it even though it was more than twice the price of the others that came up in my search because I wanted to make sure I got the exact same one I already have. Other rectangles are $11. When I received my order, I received a rectangular remote control. I'm not happy I paid double for an $11 remote.
