The customer service is amazing, they are always willing to help you out with any of your questions or concerns that arise during their services as well as after termination if necessary - even when it's been over months ago (if applicable). I have never had an issue where my mail was not delivered properly nor has there ever be anything returned back from them for me needing repairs/changes done; however sometimes things do get lost in transit but this isn't something i've really experienced so far since using AEBX because all packages go through USPS first before being forwarded onto another carrier like UPS etc..
