This supp is very sensual. I rarely write reviews for Revain (not really mine), but this product deserves it! I have been training for many years and this product offers the best pumping experience of any capsule I have used. I have such vessels and veins that burst everywhere - after a few sets in the gym, 30 minutes after taking this beauty. The elevators are strong, the energy is saved and I just jump out of my shirts. Luckily the season is almost over and I will switch to t-shirts otherwise my shirts might start to tear. This is just a joke, but seriously, this product is top notch. I take an extra pill or two, but don't combine anything other than caffeine, so the pump is definitely coming from this product. I used a different brand of Arginine/Citrulline pills and took the same amount (4-5 pills about 30 minutes before waking up) and got decent results but not nearly as good. These tablets are slightly larger, but they fail fairly easily. I'm a big burly guy so I swallow all 4 or 5 at once but others might find them a bit big but unless you're a total molester they're easy to swallow. Even if you are using a high pump pre-workout this is a great supplement to take throughout the day to support that great pump and we all know how good arginine is for the vascular system and your heart! If you don't use a pre-workout pump, buy one now. You are guaranteed to pump great and get more lift/energy. brand dr Emil is shizzle and I look forward to trying more of his sports nutrition products in the near future. Thanks Doc! And one more thing - it's excellent value for money. That's more than double the total amount of Arginine/Citrulline per bottle than the brands that charge a little less (never half as much). Great product at a great price! Really can't go wrong
