I managed to remove your frame from the original screen, there you have two pieces of double-sided tape at the bottom of the screen, be careful at the bottom, but it pops out right away. Once you do that, everything else will be easy. Check the screen before removing the PLASTIC COVER! There should be some sort of mark on the screen, just pull the red tab. Gently press down on the bezel, starting from the bottom and working your way up the edges, and you're done. It took me 10-15 minutes for everything
