Difficult assembly. Poor Instructions - There were three different instruction sheets in the box and they all had different numbers/letters. At first I thought I was missing two rods for hanging clothes, but it turned out that they were already included in another product. It's just confusing and pointless. Yes, hands turn black, but it washes off easily. I wiped down a couple of Clorox wipes before putting any clothes inside. The four pieces of plastic ("boards") you attach for stacked items are completely useless. They are not wide enough and slide through the thin rails, which then get in the way of the hangers. However, my biggest problem is that everything I hang doesn't hang freely. I'm not tall, pants, blouses, dresses are not long, but everything pulls. I set it up as shown in the photos. I concluded that the clothes in the pictures were baby clothes because that's really all you can hang in this block that drapes freely and there's definitely no room on the lower left and right shelves, though You hang up (undressed, straighten) clothes or trousers. ). On the other hand, it holds up well and so far I'm happy with how much I've saved. It seems strong and I hope it doesn't change. I'm not sure I would recommend this particular block of memory. It's not bad, it's just not that great and certainly not worth the price. I received all the parts and an extra plastic connector for each and after reading other reviews I was concerned but had no issues with the missing parts. Also the hanging rope is just a bungee cord not a rope but it works as intended. Finally the material is the same as in the photo but it is not flannel. I'm not quite sure what to call it, but it reminds me more of a material used for raincoats, so it's probably somewhat water-repellent. The material is cute and looks well made. The tassels unravel easily so I'm not sure what purpose they serve as they are unattractive and add nothing to the top flap except maybe weight which isn't as long as it looks and the tassels are really a bit of a mess for a long time.
