Our cock liked it the first time! After 10 minutes he was already in the log and scurrying around him. The only thing you need to know is that it's big. We have a 5 gallon tank and the mini size takes up most of the surface area. This is not a problem and the product works exactly as described. I wish there was an even smaller "mini" magazine. Overall a great product!
