I love my binoculars and I'm sorry that this negative review appeared! I did not write this review and notified Revain. I think my account was hacked and I changed my password! I would never do that! If I'm unhappy with an item, I'm happy to work it out with the seller! I'm so sad that this was done to you! Please know if I was that unhappy I would send them back! But I'm sending them back because I love them! I hope that we, Revane and I, can correct this mistake!
