My panel was either defective or completely overpriced. BUT NEW BEAUTIFUL!

Bought this panel to replace a 44 watt Kyocera for charging batteries in my RV. I used Kyocera and a 10A car charger to test and compare the power output of this panel when charging batteries in my RV. All were started using the same scheme via a wired controller in a mobile home. The charger put out around 7A, but this panel didn't put out more than a 44-watt Kyocera, around 32 watts in full sun. I further tested this panel, exposing only one side to the sun at a time, and found that one side emits twice as much as the other side. Even the good side only delivered half of what it was supposed to do. The seller offered to take it back but unfortunately I moved the controller closer to the battery posts and removed the case before testing the panel so it was no longer in its original condition, a big mistake on my part. The seller offered and I agreed to a 50% refund. I really like the build, but I don't need another panel that has to be rated at 40-50 watts. I've come to the conclusion that this panel is either defective or just overpriced. If you decide to buy this panel I would advise you to test it thoroughly before making any changes. It should deliver at least 5A at 13V UPDATE: Almost a year after my purchase, a new account manager at Dokio approached me and asked what they could do to make me a happy Dokio customer. Long story short they sent me another panel which I tested thoroughly and found it could do everything a 100 watt panel should do. :-) It produces more than twice as much as the first panel. This device has many advantages. It's light, small and the right price. The new block seems to have a few updates from last year and I love the controller. It's easy to understand and has a number of additional settings that make it very flexible. Ultimately, I think Dokio has done its best to fix a situation that is partly my fault. I'm a lucky tourist! Thank you Docio!
