The perfect knife set for home use.
Very nice knife set. the knives are a bit light for my taste but after some use I adapted without any problems; If you're used to a 15-20 degree edge, this will take some getting used to. All in all this is a good set; I wouldn't put it in a professional kitchen but for home use they are very good.
