Bidet works fine. The installation instructions were only in the pictures and the key is shown. He didn't show how tight he was to be tightened. I went to the website and saw a video that didn't mention a wrench so I called 888 which was the only number listed and I'm guessing that number was for sale based on the voicemail message. Still waiting for a call back. I installed the unit using my existing plumbing with a plastic connector and everything works fine. Still not sure if a wrench is needed when using the included plumbing line. The plastic connector on the included trio was too tight to turn easily and I had to turn it a few times to loosen it before installing it.
