Review on Moofin Mjolnir Novelty Leakproof Durable by Mike Johnston

I was very excited when I finally ordered the bottle (it had been out of stock for a long time) Unfortunately I opened the packaging and found that the bottle had a gaping Hole in the case (pictures to follow). Despite the "quality check" sticker, it was broken. I'm not sure what to do with it. If I'm a customer paying almost $25 for a bottle (whose only special feature is its shape), I should at least get something that stands up to scrutiny. This calls into question the reliability of not only the product, but also the seller. A very unsatisfactory experience.
