We called to make a decision prior to purchasing this product. One of the features we were looking for was the sound on the monitor, not through the cellphone. We were able to reach tech support right away and speak to Will. He was friendly and answered all of our questions. He advised that if we decided to order this TonTon device, let him know if we need any additional support during or after the installation. We made a purchase. Everything was as described. Set up was very easy, we had no problems. The picture is of very high quality, the night vision is excellent. sound works great. We told Will everything was fine and he immediately responded again to make sure we didn't need any help. It's only been a few days for us, but so far so good. We didn't rate the motion detection as we didn't really use the feature. Very happy with product and support. Great experience!
