I thought the gold on this dress was going to be antique gold but it is bright gold. It's also about 8 inches too long (I am 5'4". With a petticoat and 6 inch heels I will be able to wear it. I will need to find some kind of slip as you can see the petticoat through it. Also the neckline is lower than the pic. and the bodice is sheer behind the decorations.But in the end I really liked the style and fit. I embellished the dress with rhinestone buttons and paints. It's made well enough to play with. The price was great too.
