Attention - very low quality

The product came with a hole in the seam. I would return it but we really need it for tomorrow. Good thing I know how to use a needle and thread. The outer gray material also had whitish markings. Fire retardant? Got down with water. It has a slight odor, so leave it outside in the sun. But then they put the buckle on the chest upside down and we had to cut it off. idiots! Who makes these things? Once we got everything right he will be perfect for our 6 1/2 pound Yorkie.
