**Update** 12/12. Well, the third time, Charme and the owner of Styled Settings contacted me and worked with me to send me a new set. Arrived yesterday, everything in perfect condition and perfect for my kitchen! All parts are present, nothing rattles on the handles. Used a hard spoon and tongs, works great. I would advise if there is any problem with your order contact the seller. They proved more useful than Revain.*Update* 6/12. However, the replacement arrived from Revain camp today. Despite the "tested" sticker, there is a complete lack of a hard spoon! Which broke in the first batch. Refund and Revain refund but unfortunately I still don't have any new kitchenware. 3/12 Just arrived today, items are individually wrapped in a pink bag. They all look very nice except for the hard spoon. The connector is missing and the underside of the handle is scratched. Disappointed as this was the cookware I was most looking forward to. Since the pen is just a hollow, open tube, it is not easy to clean.
