The computer arrived earlier than expected. At first I thought it might be new! The laptop has a nice little design and is lighter than expected. It feels like a well built car. Smart reader is a big plus. The screen was bright and clear, the battery had a 100% charge and dropped to 84% after 2 hours of use. I bought a second one because I really liked the first one. The box arrived and the first thing that struck me was the lack of a smart card reader! That's a deal breaker (at least for me). Sending it back now, sorry I can't just get a replacement instead of a refund but there is no option for that. I will update later. UPDATE - Sent the second laptop back and was able to contact the seller. They agreed to send me a new one instead of refunding my money and buying again. Received and tested today. Great little machine! And yes, there is a smart card reader and it works great. I highly recommend this notebook. Excellent customer service!
