This massage gun from GINNO costs a little less than many other massage guns, but still has a lot to offer. In this kit you get a massage gun, 5 different massage heads, a charger and a case. The case is nothing fancy, but it keeps everything in place thanks to the foam cutouts. However, you must remove all massage heads from the gun before placing it in the case. The bag zips up to keep everything secure - it works and proves very useful for keeping all components together. The weapon itself is basically a heavy rectangular device covered in a soft matte plastic finish. It's smooth and comfortable to hold. There's a circular screen sticking out of the corner at a right angle, and it's pretty basic. At the top of the screen are curved rectangles that represent the battery status in increments of 5. Below that is the power button at the bottom center with "-" and "+" buttons on the sides. The blue number increases in increments of 1 as the speed increases or decreases. Speeds go up to 10. The screen is smooth and flat, and the buttons are touch-sensitive. There is a main power switch on the bottom of the handle, and next to this switch is a port for connecting the charger. I have yet to drain the charger to zero, but from a 40-50% charge it takes no more than an hour to fully charge. To install the massage head, simply insert the head into the gun. Unfortunately, there's no click or change in tension to let you know you've inserted the massage head correctly, but it wasn't difficult to figure out how to swap out the heads properly. Removing the massage attachment is the same - you simply apply pressure and remove it. In the package you get five different massage jets: ball, ball, flat head, spatula and fork. The ball head delivers focused massage pressure to the point. I believe this is the only massage head you can overdo and hurt yourself with. I really like the ball attachment. The ball itself is like a very hard styrofoam, so it's strong but gives a little. You can work the ball around the sore muscles, twisting it slightly to loosen tight knots. I think most people will get the most out of this massage head. I've used it for calves, quads, biceps, lower back and neck. The scoop attachment seems to be the gentlest attachment and I find it works well for the triceps, biceps and shoulder areas. I think the flat head attachment works well for sciatica and calf issues. The fork attachment is designed to work on the neck and back, but I personally find it to be the least effective attachment of all. But even if this kit only included a ball and a flat head, it would be very beneficial. I only have two minor complaints. First, the screen is pretty dim. I can see the curved green battery icons, but the faded blue power and speed buttons are dimmer than I'd like. And second, the charger has its own unique thin cylindrical plug. It works great and fits snugly into a dedicated spot in the case, but it would be nice if the connector was just microUSB or USB-C so you can still turn on the massage gun when the charger runs low. Minor complaints, I still give this massage gun 5 stars because you get a lot for your money. It's great value for money, easy to use and does a great job of relaxing aching or tight muscles.
