almost perfectly but was still able to get it working. The newer KitchenAid dishwashers (and I can imagine other brands too) have a junction box that you can now thread wires into instead of using twists. However, I managed to get the job done by stripping the wire a bit to lengthen it and wrap it around the connectors. If you're a beginner this might be a problem for you, but if you know what you're doing it's a fixable problem. They should come out with a different model with a different power cord to match the new dishwashers.
