I like how easy it is for me personally as an admin, or anyone in general to be able to use this product with out having any technical skills required! The only thing i dislike about yes data so far has been their customer service which they have had issues understanding what we are saying when talking through our problems. We can easily communicate via email between each other but sometimes there could be confusion regarding certain things if you do not explain everything fully enough. Our solution was to provide accurate information and make sure everyone understands exactly whats being said during meetings/phone calls etc.
