I like how easy it is for me as an administrator, with all of my data in one place - My CRM system (SalesForce) - The ease by which we can pull our customers' info from across multiple systems into 1 platform makes life easier! Nothing really at this point but would be great if they offered more integrations/connections between platforms so you could have everything together within 1 dashboard rather than having to go back forth between 2 or 3 separate dashboards. The system is easy for new people in our organization who need training, as well its very friendly with sales force automation processes which makes my life so much easier! I like how easy it is for me personally as an admin, or anyone in general to be able to use this product with out having any technical skills required! The only thing i dislike about yes data so far has been their customer service which they have had issues understanding what we are saying when talking through our problems.
